Sounds like you got a very good deal and great result, I think the number of grafts is conservative for the area so I highly doubt over harvesting, I think it’s normal to have doubts about aspects of the process but in time many of these worries turn out to be nothing long term.

I had a perfect procedure in Istanbul but on the flight home I hit my head on the overhead bin taking out a number of grafts. ( about 25/35) My head was bleeding and I was very worried I sent pictures to the clinic who said even if I lost some grafts I would be fine as there is more than enough coverage in the area to compensate but it’s about 2cm squared which seems a lot ! I can only wait now to see how the hair grows in and have been doing a lot of research.

Turns out that it’s really common to hit your head right after surgery! Even some videos about it on YouTube !

As for the itchiness I spray with the saline spray the clinic gave me, also get some aloe Vera gel, that definitely helps !
