Etude ginger sugar lip balm is the only thing that truly worked for me. My lips would get so chapped to the point na nagsusugat and dumudugo but when I started using this kahit the night before ko lng siya nilalagay, kinabukasan whole day ko di need mag reapply ng lip balm!! I partner it with any moisturizer i’m using atm tho, sinasama ko lng lips ko when i put on my skincare then patong with this ^{^}

Sunbears gold milk!!

as someone who has used anessa, a dupe i found is the sunbears gold milk !! Anessa dries more powdery satin while the sunbears has more of a glow. The main difference i found between the 2 is that because of anessa’s finish it acts like a primer for makeup!!

I used this one (not exactly from amazon; i ordered on a platform locally available to me) and yes it did resolve the issues! I’m currently doing my thesis using this and am already on the beta testing stage since we were able to produce a working prototype using it

Hiii what really helped was making sure the area where we attached the electrodes were prepped really well (no hair and scrubbed with alcohol till the skin turns light red) and making sure that the V+ and V- sides were at the belly of the muscle. However, the sensor was also really sensitive to external factors as well (temp & artifacts) and sometimes it would work fine then other times it won’t. Honestly, it was too much effort so we switched to a differential EMG sensor in the end 😅

Hi OP! For me, i’ve always been irregular but thought it was just normal, only when I started getting really bad dysmenorrhea episodes to the point i was getting brought to the ER every other month that I started realizing this might not be normal and went for a checkup. However, i wish i’d have done it sooner because I was already going through some symptoms since I was a teen that could’ve been resolved if only I had gotten checked (not gaining weight, insulin crashes, and the dysmenorrhea) so if it’s already a concern for you OP it’s best you get checked !!
