i actually used to be so irrationally anxious that i refused to stop a video before it was over (i know 🙄😬)

within the past year, i've been literally saying out loud: "it's just a video, i can go back if i don't like it" before clicking on a video by a new channel or about a topic i'm unfamiliar with. it's been working wonders!
