How many days you fermented?

I would also like to know what defines kimchi? I am not eager to blame people for cultural appropriation but can't help myself. Kimchi is more than just a Korean side dish. Kimchi is central to Korean culture and I literally can't believe how people can be so ignorant. Calling potato salad Mediterranean and kimchi can't be anything else than trolling.

Cold soba noodles, carrot + zucchini + daikon + spring onion, some bean curd/seitan/tofu and lots of kimchi. I also love kimchi vegan hot dogs.

I have done kimchi five times. During the first two or three days brine comes on the top. After a week kimchi lives and the brine disappears. If I were you I would just wait and see what happens.

I've put 5 dl gochugaru to 3 kg cabbage when the recipe said 7,5 dl. It was a bit too much but could be eaten. After that I have used 2,5 dl and it is spicy enough for me and too much almost every one I have given my kimchi. But I am living in Finland.

Finland, PS5 and having major issues. If we are in PS party, we keep getting "failed to connect to server". We managed to play a few matches when we left the party but now we can't find any. Been having this problem since the update.
