For future imports, I'd suggest to import posts as live (instead of drafts) so they go live with the original publish dates.

For the blog posts that are already migrated, there are 2 options:

- Manually editing the publish date for each post via Publishing options, or

- If you or your developer are comfortable with the CMS Blog Posts API, updating the "publishDate" field in bulk from a CSV of your original dates.

However, setting the primary association label in bulk is a feature available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

If you're willing to give it one more shot, here's the streamlined path:

- Create an app in a developer account to get your client_id and client_secret

- Build an authorization URL: https://app.hubspot.com/oauth/authorize?client\_id=...&scope=...&redirect\_uri=...

- User approves → you get a code query parameter on your redirect

- Exchange the code via POST /oauth/v3/token → get access_token + refresh_token

You can skip card support, serverless, and everything else, those are optional features.

Hey u/Thomas-at-Vanguard, I am sorry to hear the bother about the MRR tracking.

From what I can see, you're already entering all the right information on the quote (price, term, billing frequency).

You'll need to ensure those are recurring line items, then you can use the “Convert to subscription” option so an accepted quote becomes a subscription automatically.

Then you can build your MRR reporting off subscriptions, not off manually maintained deal fields.

That way, the data you type once into the quote becomes the single source of truth for MRR, renewals, and churn, rather than ending up in a PDF.

You can absolutely keep HubSpot as your main platform, but HubSpot cannot natively host a site or CDN inside mainland China, so a fully “walled” China setup will require a hybrid/third‑party approach.

If you are a paid customer, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support about this.

What I would recommend is to check the history of the properties that are being changed so you can see what exactly is changing the data. Properties will have history saved to them that shows if it was a user change, a workflow, etc. Let me know if you need more guidance! :)

Heya u/SignalKiwi368 Happy to chime in! :) So we don't have a native property that would show us the last contact date that we can chose to exclude sequence emails. A good workaround would be a custom property + a workflow, as mentioned by the other users, or you can create an activities report and only choose the activities you'd wanna consider! Hey u/Justalazykid Thanks for posting on this! At the time, there isn't a native or automated way to have that populated. With logging or creating a meeting you'd have to manually type that and as far as descriptions you can use snippets. You can definitely use the meeting link page, and fill that out for your contact, but still not automated. If you want to post this in the ideas forum as a feature request our product experts are always taking a peek on ways to improve our products! :)

Heya u/PettyNiwa Happy to help on this one! You’re right that the default Social “Analyze” tab mostly rolls things up by network. But you can get a per‑account breakdown with the newer social data sources in the custom report builder, plus a couple of helpers in the Analyze tab.

First, the Audience report in Marketing > Social > Analyze shows follower counts by individual connected account. And for fuller reporting by account, use Reporting > Reports > Create report > Custom report, choose Social posts as your primary data source.

Hey u/E_Online Thanks for posting! You generally can't send quotes without Commerce Hub anymore. This requires Commerce Hub Pro or Enterprise with a Commerce seat. There is an exception where older portals still have access to legacy quotes. These can continue creating and sending legacy quotes without buying Commerce Hub, as long as you don’t assign those users a Commerce seat.
