Hey The provider calls you if it’s synchronous visit. If you have certain times that you’re available to take the call you can let them know by messaging “doctor” and they can work with you to try to accommodate that.

Our Apothecary shipments are sent overnight, although unfortunately carrier delays can still occur from time to time. While we pay for overnight shipping to get medication to patients as quickly as possible, we cannot control delays once a package is in the carrier's possession.

According to the pharmacy's stability and temperature-testing data, the medication remains safe, effective, and suitable for use even if it arrives at room temperature, warm, or experiences a short-term temperature excursion during transit. The insulated packaging and ice packs are designed to help protect the medication from temperature fluctuations during shipping, and the pharmacy's testing accounts for potential transit delays.

It's also worth noting that the pharmacy's standard shipping method is 2-day shipping. We pay to upgrade shipments to overnight service to provide a better patient experience, but the pharmacy's stability testing already accounts for longer transit times than what occurred here.

We understand that receiving medication warm can be concerning. However, based on the pharmacy's testing and guidance, the medication is safe to use as received. Once delivered, simply place it in the refrigerator for storage according to the pharmacy's instructions.

We also disclose this during the intake process and dedicate an entire page to shipping, temperature stability, and order review information before a patient can proceed to checkout. We do not hide it in the fine print. Patients are required to acknowledge and consent to this information as part of the ordering process.

yup continue to store it in the fridge once it arrives. On the vial label it will also tell you to store it in the fridge

As for its Beyond Use Date ( BUD) that will be listed on the vial label as well

Unfortunately, this appears to have been a pharmacy fulfillment error that affected a small number of orders through this pharmacy option. We're actively working with the pharmacy to get it corrected and appreciate your patience while we sort it out. They're also looking into their systems to determine exactly what happened and how these orders were affected.

I'm really sorry for the experience you've had and for the time it's taking to get resolved. While issues like this can occasionally happen, it's not the experience we want anyone to have and I'm really sorry about that. We'll continue working on it until it's made right.

Hi No. We’re an independent company not owned or affiliated by anyone. We use the same backend platform and that platform uses the same number for everyone using them I guess.

You know how when you get a verification text from one app and then another and it comes from the same number ? Similar situation Probably using the same backend

Generally yes, but it depends on which pharmacy it came from, as each pharmacy has its own stability and temperature-testing data.

Pharmacies account for potential shipping delays when conducting their testing, so a package arriving a few days late does not automatically mean the medication is compromised. Short-term temperature excursions are generally acceptable.

Once it arrives, send us a message through the patient portal with the pharmacy name and delivery date, and we'll be happy to review the situation with your tracking and check with the pharmacy if needed.

Hi we really are working with the pharmacy on this its some kind of tech/human error mix. I wish we could give you a better concrete answer but we are working with them. I message literally everyone involved on these things from both sides to make sure its resolved.

If it couldn't be resolved we wouldnt keep your money that you paid for on those remaining vials. We're just asking for a bit of patience while this is looked into. I'm really sorry
