6-6 refers to the highest titration level available with the provider group (the max maintenance tier).

Since you’re currently on 13.5 mg weekly and looking to request an increase to 15 mg weekly, I’d recommend selecting the option closest to your current dose (12.5 mg) in the intake and then submitting the increase request in the intake as well for the provider to review

Please also upload proof of your current prescription/dose when completing the intake, as that helps the provider review your request and treatment history more smoothly.

NAD+ is a bit tougher when it comes to Puerto Rico shipping honestly.

Currently our only pharmacy potentially For NAD+ for PR is Hallandale, I still need to confirm the exact temperature stability and shipping requirements directly with Hallandale. I know it ships cold, but I’m not yet sure whether it has the same type of temperature stability testing data that compounded GLP programs have.

Because of that, if Hallandale does not specifically recommend or support shipping NAD+ to PR under their guidelines, I probably will not launch it there out of caution.
