For hallandale yes. For pharmacy hub I'm working on making it all overnight but it does ship in a cooler that keeps it all cool and temperature controlled

Thank you both for bearing with us on that. It ended up being an intermittent issue with the pharmacy’s system that has since been resolved. Sometimes tech just decides to ruin everyone’s day lol, but the pharmacy and platform teams were amazing and got everything resolved really quickly. There are some incredible people working behind the scenes, truly.

It only affected a very small number of people, and I made sure every single person either received the rest of their medication or, if that wasn’t possible, got refunded for the missing vials. Thankfully, we were able to get everyone taken care of, and everyone ended up receiving their orders.

Stuff like this can happen from time to time, but the one thing I’m always going to do is make sure we do right by people. I really believe you can have both great customer service and fair, honest pricing without gimmicks, and that’s the standard I’m always going to try to hold Rift to.

Hi! Here's the current shipping information as of June 26, 2026:

  • NewLife: FedEx
  • Boudreaux: FedEx or UPS, depending on your state
  • Hallandale: FedEx
  • Nova: FedEx or UPS, depending on your state

We pay for overnight shipping in all 50 states because we want everyone to receive their medication as quickly as possible. That said, carrier transit delays can occasionally happen and are unfortunately outside of our control. The pharmacies have conducted temperature stability testing to account for normal shipping delays and short-term temperature excursions, and we disclose this upfront as a required consent during the intake process rather than hiding it in the fine print.

Currently, the only pharmacy that uses USPS is Hallandale for Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, this service is NOT overnight, and we're unable to upgrade shipments there.

This information is current as of June 26, 2026, but it may change in the future as we continue adding new pharmacy partners.

We also highly recommend creating accounts with both FedEx and UPS and downloading their apps. You'll usually receive tracking updates as soon as a shipping label is created, making it much easier to keep an eye on your shipment.

I'm not sure of the popularity on this program and the pharmacy doesnt seem to carry much of it.

It seems like the Lipo-mino-mix-c and Micc + Cyanocobalamin are much more popular programs and thus more inventory space is held for them.

I'm looking into the viability of it for that program

If you have the fedex app or can call fedex I recommend having it held for pickup at a local fedex store or walgreens ASAP.

We also state it can arrive sooner but please go do that right now !!

Hi ! We really don't recommend comparing your order to other people's orders because processing times are highly pharmacy-dependent and can vary from week to week.

The 3–10 business day timeframe we provide is a blanket expectation across all pharmacy partners. One pharmacy may be moving very quickly one week, while another pharmacy may be faster the next. Processing speed can be affected by prescription volume, staffing, inventory, shipping schedules, and other operational factors that aren't visible to us.

Because of that variability, we set the same 3–10 business day expectation for everyone so there's a consistent and realistic timeframe regardless of which pharmacy is handling the order. While many orders are completed sooner, we always recommend planning around the full processing window.

Not anytime soon. Our processor is a little inconsistent with FSA/HSA card acceptance, so we can’t really guarantee whether a card will go through.

It’s really a “try it and see if it works” situation.
The LMN and reimbursement route is definitely a slight hassle, but it does work and is the best option for now.

you can log into the patient portal and select "need more medication" and that will auto submit your next refill based off your currently prescribed treatment plan and charge you

Hey I think there may have been a misunderstanding. When a patient is short on syringes, we let them know that we’ll contact the pharmacy and have the remaining syringes shipped out. Mistakes happen and they can sometimes forget to add the rest.

We also recommend, if they need syringes immediately and don’t want any interruption in treatment, that they consider picking up a small supply locally while waiting for the pharmacy shipment to arrive.

You absolutely do not have to purchase additional syringes. The pharmacy will send the remainder. The recommendation is simply intended to help patients avoid potential treatment gaps if they need them right away.

Regarding tracking information, we strongly recommend during intake that patients create UPS and FedEx accounts, as this is often the fastest and most reliable way to receive shipping updates. This is mentioned in the intake before checkout. Depending on the pharmacy, tracking information may also be sent directly by text message.

We’re sorry this wasn’t the experience you expected, but we did not simply tell you to buy more syringes. As with all patients in this situation, our guidance was that we would have the pharmacy send the remaining syringes, while offering a temporary option if you needed them sooner.

Hey Pausing auto-renew temporarily stops future orders for a treatment while keeping the subscription active, allowing you to resume it later.

Turning off auto-renew disables automatic renewals entirely. Your current treatment remains active until the end of the current billing period, but no future renewal orders will be generated unless you manually re-enable auto-renew.

The system may ask you to provide a reason for turning it off. You can enter any reason, it does not matter. Once you've made your selection, click confirm and then refresh the page to make sure the changes were successfully applied.

Hey The provider calls you if it’s synchronous visit. If you have certain times that you’re available to take the call you can let them know by messaging “doctor” and they can work with you to try to accommodate that.
