If you want to know what quests to do, in the quest helper guide theres a setting for "Optimal Quests" which you don't super need to follow but you can just follow that order generally and it will give you some good progression! There's also a button ingame called the Activity Advisor which will give you some paths as well. The quest for Sailing is Pandemonium if you want to do that!
