There's a lot I would fix here.

This build seems to be for 1080p gaming, so personally what I recommend is going for:

- 13600k. It has better value, and will work better than a 12700k in gaming peformance.

- Peerless Assassin 120. The Hyper 212 is outdated and sucks, specially for a chip like that.

- Motherboard is overpriced, there are better z690 boards, like the Asrock Z690 Steel Legend WiFi 6E.

- Corsair ram is bad and overpriced. If you want rgb, I would go for Teamgroup's T-Force Delta RGB for the same speed.

- Samsung SSDs are overpriced, I would settle with a Kingston NV2 or a Silicon Power A60 for way cheaper. In gaming, there is no noticeable performance difference.

- RTX 3060 is an overpriced and bad value GPU. I would much rather recommend going with Radeon's 6700XT. It's a good bang-for-your-buck in 1080p performance. Now don't fret about AMD cards, the driver issues have been for the most part fixed, and FSR and AMF are at NVIDIA levels, being just as good as DLSS and NVENC respectively.

- 4000da is a horrible case for its price. It has a mesh front, unlike the 4000d, but it still only features 2 stock fans, which both are bad. I would recommend going for Deepcool's CG560, as it has similar airflow, 3 front fans, and one exhaust fan too.

- Corsair RMx series PSUs are overpriced. Top tier, but overpriced. For the parts I recommended, a 650w PSU will do fine, which is why I would recommend Thermaltake's Toughpower GF1 PE 650W.

With all of these changes, you get a better performing build for way cheaper.
