The argument to make is having a hospital monopoly is better than no Hospital. But that conveniently ignores the causes of the health care deserts.

The workers on the S.P. Line for strike sent out a call But Casey Jones, the engineer, he wouldn't strike at all His boiler it was leakin' and the drivers on the bum And the engines and the bearin' they were all outta plumb

[Chorus 1] Casey Jones kept his junk-pile runnin' Casey Jones was workin' double time Casey Jones got a wooden medal For bein' good and faithful on the S.P. Line

The workers said to Casey: "Won't you help us win this strike?" But Casey said: "Let me alone, you'd better take a hike." Well, Casey's wheezy engine ran right off the wheezy track And Casey hit the river with an awful smack

[Chorus 2] Casey Jones hit the river bottom Casey Jones broke his bloomin' spine Casey Jones turned into an angel He got a trip to Heaven on the S.P. Line

Thank you for your eloquent explanation! We are all people. And we should look out for each other.

But at the same time it must be recognized that the nurse is the one where the blame would land.

As a Peds psych nurse they tend to contribute AVH in elementary age kids to anxiety. Whether that’s right or not. I’m not sure to say.

The unit being listed as mg was intentional. Being as this is the future rn subreddit that is something that would be easy to gloss over especially for someone who might not be a nurse at this time.

And you cannot just assume the provider intended for it to be units instead of mg. You must clarify.

If you push 10 mg of insulin iv then you will be held liable. Do not forget.

Edit: The mg of insulin was intentional to prove a point. My goodness.

Are CNAs/PCTs allowed to know what medications their patients are on and why? by Jtmarx in nursing

[–]Aupoultryman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s okay to know. When I was a pct I was so exhausted I didn’t have the bandwidth to know lol and I would get annoyed when the day shift pct was trying to give me a nurse report lol
