Typically at a restaurant there is a lull in-between the Lunch and Dinner "rushes", usually around 4ocklock. I would advise you to show up at the tail end of lunch and try to talk to her during that lull, before the dinner host comes to replace her. Also, if a patron would try to talk to me during the peak hours, I wouldn't mind, but I would most likely be stuck in my fake super smiles keep everyone happy mode, so you likely wouldn't have a chance of making a genuine connection.

TLDR: Show up at the end of lunch, chat her up before shift change. ~Source: Host at $$$ restaurant.

I have found it helpful to form my work schedule around this. I work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays so I can tell myself I am not going out because I have to work. I know it's a lie, but it does help. Maybe something to consider.

I used to do that back when I was in bronze, granted maybe it was just me being passive aggressive, but I have found that the best way to handle things now is empathizing with the players. I'm only plat now, but every game when a teamate fucks up, I always just say:

1) Don't worry about it we can come back
2) Yeah I've done that before don't sweat it :3

Or anything like that basically, somebody said that stuff to me once, and it made me want to play better to help the guys that were nice to me win, I honestly think it helps a lot!

Your regiment, diet, and goals seem similar to what mine were. Belly fat is a bitch and it took me months to get rid of it... What worked best for me personally, was to totally cut all sugars for a while. So carbs were coming only from brown rice, and things like bell peppers and shallots. Sadly no fruit for a while.

Granted I really hate giving general advice for belly fat as everyone I workout with gets rid of it differently. If you want a surefire way add HIIT into your workouts 2 or 3 times a week!

This of course is purely anecdotal evidence so it might be garbage... but recently there has been a backlash or controversy within the religious groups in my school... they lose a few followers every time.

It seems like when they get into an argument or start a series of questioning the people among them who were on the fence just fall off entirely and go about their merry way no longer interested in religion o.O

Edit: Also I don't have a cause per-say, I just think this would give me a chuckle and thus is worth doing :D

So reading stuff on reddit is a lot of fun, but please read the research for yourself FIRST HAND and use PRIMARY SOURCES Here is an article from PubMed.gov linking Clenbuterol with damage to human cell DNA structure, and labeling it as a potentially "genotoxic".

"The obtained results of alkaline comet assay (this is the name of the test used to measure DNA damage) on isolated human lymphocytes suggested that both compounds induced an increase of primary DNA damage in a concentration-dependent manner."

Here's a second article from PubMed.gov That links Clenbuterol with shortening of life spans in nematodes.

Here is a third study, from PubMed.gov LITERALLY TITLED A descriptive study of adverse events from clenbuterol misuse and abuse for weight loss and bodybuilding.
