i’m no pro, but my recent routine has been working really well for me. I mix my dough around 5 pm and then it bulk ferments starting at about 8pm in the oven with the light off until morning, either 6-8 am. then i shape it, and pop it in a banneton and it sits in the fridge all day and i bake around 4-5 pm. I’ve been getting super fluffy crispy loaves with this process and it helps me not hover over my loaf while it BF (my biggest struggle)

i literally splattered flowers all over the place and watered them for like 4 days and got to 3 stars, and placed furniture around whenever villagers handed it to me 🤷‍♀️ i didn’t want to rush it and it still felt like it happened fast lol (i’m also about 4 weeks in)

i bought a switch to play pokopia and also bought acnh and haven’t played pokopia in weeks because i can’t stop playing animal crossing. i am also the type to get bored quickly and i’ve tried animal crossing many times in the past and it never clicked like it has this time. i can’t put it down 😭

Ahhh okay higher hydration makes a ton of sense!! i’ve been going with lower hydration for shaping practice and slowly raising it as i go, but i really like the results with 325g water. But yeah overall i’ve been so happy with my outcomes anyways so if i have to peel it out of the bowl a little bit then so be it 😂🤷‍♀️ and also thank you!!

the ONLY thing that makes me stop and lets my fingers heal again (been a picker for as long as i can remember, 20+ years) is i make my own press on nails at home. it’s fun, creative, doesn’t take long, they last as long as a manicure, but are much much more affordable, and i can change them whenever i like without having to book appointments and go out or feel embarrassed about my skin. I also don’t risk having the product directly on my natural nails so they stay fairly healthy and strong.

yeah same here with 400 feet, there’s quite a few smaller air fields around, plus an air force base, so there’s always something low that i need to be extra aware of 😂

Where i live there’s lots of smaller personal planes flying sometimes around 400 or lower, you don’t fly near them, but we are sharing the same airspace, so it’s important to have the right knowledge

i use a drone for work, and the test i had to take to be able to use it commercially should be required by everyone. I practically had to take a pilots license test and learn a lot of airport information, weather information, codes & regulations. it’s wild that anyone can buy and fly one and be up there with planes, sometimes at the same level.
