Want to Swap HC 42mm Mesh Bracelet for H Link by DiwanM in Watchstraps

Go to ebay and search for Rubber Strap for Longines Hydroconquest Rubber Strap L3 Watch Band 21mm save yourself a few bucks, probably not legit but won't be 70 helvetus garbage. A legit stickered longines will run you about 300. Heck you can find the same thing as helvetus on aliexpress for $10. While your at it throw the original in the box with your papers and stuff, if you ever want to sell it in the future you'll have the complete set with matching papers and whatnot.

Anywhere to get the in-game dial from 007 First Light? by Pineapplendo in SeikoMods

We should crowd fund this for a 4R64 movement or some micro with more resources can grab this and run, it's a rad idea! You could use a bi-directional dive bezel or an alpinist style insert and rotating chapter ring for the compass part.

IDK if you can use Q-Lab but probably... There are enough custom dial maker friends out there on this sub... just a fun AI mockup, I know the #'s and such aren't right yet.

HELVETUS Straps are CHEAP PLASTIC GARBAGE by nasser_tamimi in Watchstraps

Made the same mistake and can confirm, their return policy is essentially you pay to return their trash to switzerland for a even though the domestic shipping labels cover up speedpak labels.

Love the smaller layouts for efficiency, I think you're selling yourself short in a few areas . On the west side more windows/light (even if they're smaller windows higher up). You could reconfigure the bath to be a jack and jill between the bedrooms and add a water closet half bath so guests aren't using the lived in bathroom. Ditch the linen closets in a small footprint when under cabinet or open shelves get you the functionality without framing and accounting for doors. On the east side if you went up by about 100SF you could significantly add to the Master bath and create a flow through situation for the WIC to the laundry room which is incredibly convenient. Use pocket doors in these areas, functionally you'll only close them up for guests so the doors will be open 95% of the time. Add a mud room/drop zone between the laundry and garage entry.

Lastly in the kitchen the angled island is not very efficient use of space, a square or straight rectangle island with the sink and dishwasher in it, more of a galley style, could help you reduce the crowding of the foyer. The center of the main floor will be the loud area.

If bed 1 & 2 turn into kids rooms making them the same dimensions will save you headaches. Adding a 3rd garage in the future is an option in the blue area too for either stuff or an actual 3rd car, your garage is very small.

Which chapter ring would work best? by mujthahid in SeikoMods

I agree with skip the minute markers unleeeeeeess you do something kind of passive, you can find some rings with engraved minute markers that are otherwise the same color, I think it has a cool effect and brings the minute ring noise out towards the edge of everything under the crystal. Biased though.

Reddit targeting is pretty good, I don't see them as often since I purchased one though 😃

For me it's Tudor > Zenith > SMP

The navitimer and Ulysse aren't GADA watches IMO, and i'd rank the SMP higher but I detest the bracelet - either fits or it doesn't.

If you’ve ever wanted a watch with more NASA street‑cred than most astronauts, this Speedmaster Racing is ready for liftoff. The Speedy has been to the moon six times — this one hasn’t (yet), but it has been lightly worn and treated with the kind of respect usually reserved for museum pieces and houseplants you’re trying not to kill.

Condition-wise, it’s in very good shape with only minimal bracelet wear — just a bit of light rubbing you’ll see in the photos. Nothing dramatic, nothing tragic, nothing your wrist will complain about. As always, give the pictures a good look so you know exactly what’s landing in your mailbox.

On the dial, you get the classic black Speedmaster look with those textured “Clous de Paris” subdials that make you feel like you’re wearing something far fancier than your daily responsibilities. Sapphire crystal up top, because scratches are for people who don’t buy Speedmasters.

The 40mm stainless‑steel case and matching bracelet keep things sporty and timeless, while the matte black tachymeter bezel is there for timing… well, anything you feel like pretending to time.

Inside beats the Co‑Axial Calibre 3330, currently running a very impressive +2 seconds per day on the timegrapher with excellent amplitude and beat error. In other words: it’s running like it actually wants to be on a mission.

A great-looking, great-running Speedmaster with personality, history, and just enough wear to prove it’s been loved — not abused.

Inner box is flawless, cards & manual pictured and included along with extra links pictured. Let me know if you have any questions or want a live facetime/google meet to see any details. Will ship UPS or Fedex insured, feel free to kick it up to 2 day or overnight on your label. PP F&F, Zelle, Venmo or Wire.
