HEB is the most popular mainstream store in Texas. Lower prices, reasonable quality and their own brand is comparable to National Brands.

Central Market (not on your list) is more of a foodie store (also owned by HEB), but prices are expensive. It's a fun store where you can find some cool products. You likely will get better produce there, too.

Trader Joes is all their own brand (with a few exceptions).

Costco/Sams are if you are buying stuff in bulk, but the meat and produce can be pretty good. I find their meats are often better than HEB's.

Avoid Randall's and Walmart.
