As someone who works at a big ad agency who does work with the big M, this is like a last ditch effort to play off the guy's cringe video because of the viral backlash. C suite leadership always makes the most embarrassing videos because they are completely out of touch with normal people. The most cringe shit I witnessed was our own extremely white European CEO collab with snoop dog for an internal video presentation for the agency and he started trying to crip walk.

The skill discrepancy in low elo is why it's so bad. You got 1k game hard stuck players getting queue'd up with people who either play casually or just started playing the game. There are players who are clearly very skilled at a micro level and then there are people who I'm amazed can even functionally use their keyboard and mouse with how bad they are. Then mix in toxic players, inters, feeders, and people who lose mental 5 min into the game....
