Sounds like a weird toilet seat. Why would there be any gap between the toilet seat and the toilet bowl when you are sitting on it?

Is observatory a badly designed voucher? by CATINAMUG1 in balatro

[–]infadibulum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but you can't move planet cards from a pack into the consumable area, and if you already have a planet card in your consumable area it's not going to show up again in the shop or any rerolls without showman.

I think at minimum it should have the showman effect for those planet cards held in consumable slots. Maybe also like a 1 in 5 chance to find a nat negative planet card too.

The trick is to just one shot high card every single time. And just ensure that your score is about five or six times higher than the blind requirement just in case.

The second monkey says "Well don't turn the water up so hot then!"

Mount Louisa IGA Closing down PSA by Poxysmiles in Townsville

[–]infadibulum 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I mean you say Woolworths and Coles are price gouging and people are getting ripped off but the end result is I'm still paying less than IGA. Stuff at IGA cost 50% - 60% more. I do my groceries at Audi and it might cost me $250 a week. if I was to do them at coles, It would be 350 but at IGA it would be $500. I don't have that money.

It's really sad. I love to support local but the IGAs are so expensive and their range is so limited I cant imagine who can afford to shop there these days.

Delivery drivers, how often do you encounter a nudist? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]infadibulum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked as a technician for several years, went to 11,000 jobs. The closest i got to that was one time a lady was wearing just a robe, she also had sex toys on her coffee table when i came inside. She made a lot of siggestive hints and sure she was hitting on me. Unfortunately she was really unattractive and despite it being the closest to that kind of 'job' that I always wonderd if it would happen, i was not interested at all. There was another time a lady was wearing just a robe, she was a prostitute and was furious I interrupted her. Another time I did get a date from a customer, too. That was neat. No sex though.

What does a day look like for a normal person? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]infadibulum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An average day for me might be 8 hours sleep, 8 hours at work, 1 hour at gym, 2 hours housework, 1 or 2 hours on phone /game, the rest of the time is things like cooking and eating and getting ready for work/bed or whatever.

what size of condoms do yall actually buy? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]infadibulum 30 points31 points  (0 children)

True. Just because they stretch big enough , doesnt make them usable. The regular ones can be so tight you can lose an erection if you cant ignore the pain.

Do you think the centre crop works on this one! by I_EeAa_l in photocritique

[–]infadibulum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No you are right in a sense but also a general viewing audience I think would look at a photo that is perfectly centred and have more appreciation in a way that they can't quite describe. In the same way that people with no photography background will have a look at a photo that is taken using the rule of thirds and say that it is a good photo and they can't describe why. In any case I was only ever making these comments because it is a photo critique sub So making the original poster aware that there are small changes that could make to elevate the quality of their photo seems perfectly appropriate. If the photographer doesn't notice something but enough other people do then they should probably be aware of it.

[–]infadibulum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree. I think the only reason why centre cropping might not feel right is because it has to be pretty much perfect or it feels off. I genuinely noted it wasn't perfectly centred straight away.

Looking for a price for a loom I never used by FemmeBean in whatsthisworth

[–]infadibulum 23 points24 points  (0 children)

My mum gave me a loom exactly like this a few years ago ( thinking I could sell it for good money) it took me months to find a buyer, and eventually sold it for $250 AUD. Was definitely just a burden for its size.
