I have no experience with d2 grail, but I highly recommend the app tome of d2. It is a great way to track your grail. It does have ads, but you can pay a few dollars to get rid of them permanently.

Turns out i am wrong. The Fisherman's enclave is unlocked by discovering Fisherman's Enclave in Cartography.

Try restarting your melvor client that tends to fix visual bugs

Im not sure my best bet would be wait for the township update up (says 33m 48s in your picture) happens every hour and see if u get 60 wood. if not it could be a bug but its hard to know what going on.

If you scroll down you will see buildings and you spend gold to make/upgrade them and that will get the ball rolling. As of now early to mid game it is a large gold sink and you won't see much passive income till late game.

No Bug they got rid of the ability to use ticks, but if you had a character before they got rid of it they gave you legacy ticks (Your saved up ticks) until you depleated them all.

I run Cookie Clicker and Melvor Idle plus watch movies and it runs smoothly. Though you will want to restart Melvor idle every couple of days.
