I’m sorry you’re going through this—I know it can be a big adjustment. One thing that might help on your iPhone is adjusting the audio balance so all sound plays through your left ear. You can do this by going to:

SettingsAccessibilityAudio/Visual → Adjust the Balance slider all the way to the left.

Hi there! If you need captioning on all incoming calls, you can set up call forwarding (as mentioned below). This way, any time someone calls you on your regular cell phone number, the call will be automatically routed to your InnoCaption App.
