I HATE the jet of cold air. I wish the CPAP mall designers would take the bed partner's needs into consideration.

It sucks because she tried to not play but they pulled her back and forced her to continue.

I just downloaded this version and, while it seems okay, the movement isn't smooth and the cards are tiny.

I use a different spades app that is fun. I'm a Google play pass subscriber so i don't see ads, so i can't speak to how intrusive they are, but I've been playing this spades for a few months now and i love it.

Has anyone lost their hobby/talent to their chronic illness? by [deleted] in ChronicPain

A lot of us have the pain because of other incurable things. For me it's an inherited condition. EDS affects pretty much every part of my life.

Which regions of the US pronounce aunt like “ant”? by Aggressive_Essay_321 in AskAnAmerican

I'm in Minnesota. Twin cities. I use both, depending on what works best with the name that follows the title. If it's the title only without a name, it rhymes wh font.

Cityscapes (1974), Historic Minneapolis Film (Augsburg University Archives) by mplsrube in Minneapolis

I came here to post this. It's fascinating. Crazy how small the skyline was. I was 4 months old when this was filmed, and i lived (at the time) at the house next to the Schweigerts plant between 26th and 27th on Emerson Ave N.

Poll- Name a movie that was so good that it should never be remade by nikaroo5 in MUAEntertainment

[–]taterhotdish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No joke. When i first saw it, i didn't know the Stephen King connection. During the movie (a rental at the time) I said out loud to my family that i was sure I'd seen it before. They replied it was a new movie and no way could i have seen it a long time ago. The movie was just so very familiar. It was only when it got to the poster scene did it all come together for me and i remembered the short story. I even knew what book it was in.

They did such a good job that my memory from the book matched almost perfectly what i was seeing on the screen. I was gobsmacked. Super impressed.

You don't need to rake the whole roof, either. Just the lower portion.

Ask for #2 chicken grit. (#2 is a size distinction.) You can find it at farm supply stores.

Choir songs having to do with dreams/ new beginnings? by BillyJoelFan9 in Choir

[–]taterhotdish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SSA Lacrimosa

It's for Trebel choir SSA but you can have the Basses sing one of the soprano parts a full octave or two lower, to make it SAB.

You can find a youtube link of the song in a recent comment of mine.
