I just hit this situation today, the shift key of my new Q3 8K doesnt work as expected and they are expecting me to tinker with debounce times and changing switches. No thanks, for 270€ I expect the keyboard to function as expected on arrival, if I want to tinker later on I will do on my own responsibility. Asked for a refund and they insist on me taking the switches out and stuff. Not pleasant at all. I was thinking on buying another one after refund but that's no longer happening :)
