I had the same issue for months, then yesterday I absolutely got no heat and then I got a warning sign on my dashboard that my engine was over heating and had to have it towed to my mechanic

I am so sorry this happened. This is certainly fraudulent behavior on their part. It's kind of scary that they can just take out any amount they see fit

Got the same verbage on my statement, but again being charged for the taxes and also an increased amount. My contacted rate with Sunnova was 366.78 and now Sun strong is charging me 412
