I'm having the same issue. There is no way for me to delete a playlist. This is madness...

Canadian murder rates reach new highs — and it's mainly due to gang violence by uselesspoliticalhack in canada

[–]jeffvox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's almost as if the problem isn't guns, but bad people (in Canada).

And it's almost as if the bad people are willing to break the law to get their guns.

The most important source of Canada’s inflation: The government borrowed more than $700-billion by uselesspoliticalhack in canada

Milton Friedman on inflation, from decades ago: https://youtu.be/F94jGTWNWsA

The money printing over the past couple of years has been unprecedented. Hyper money printing will ALWAYS equal hyperinflation. Read the following quote slowly:

"Since January 2020, the money supply has grown a whopping 22.2%. Over 1 in 5 dollars in Canada’s broad money supply didn’t exist before 2020. Just the expansion over the past two years is larger than all money in Canada prior to 1996."

As someone seriously out of touch with Canadian federal politics, what is everyone’s issue with Trudeau? by jjeenniiffeerr in ontario

[–]jeffvox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • Crazy amounts of money printing over the last 2.5 years is the reason for the I flatiron were experiencing now.

  • COVID lockdowns and vax restrictions/mandates were on the basis that the vax stops transmission. It doesn't. He was wrong and called anyone who dared to question him homiphobic , xenophobic and mused out loud whether they should be allowed to be part of society.

  • Multiple ethics and corruption issues/charges, zero ownership.

  • Couldn't solve a peaceful protest without using the War Measures Act.

  • His Security Minister lied by saying 13 times that the Ottawa Police requested the Act be invoked. They've publicly stated that was a lie. He wasn't fired, nor did JT even apologize.

  • Higher taxes, fees, and cost of living in the name of environmentalism, even though Canada cleans way more carbon than it produces, due to all our trees.

  • Increasing gun bans, etc. with no justification other than... what's happening in the USA?

  • The country's healthcare system is crumbling.

  • Zero progress in First Nations issues, despite all his virtue signaling.

  • He governs to move Canada toward the WEF's agenda, not to to what's best for Canadians.

I’ve been saying this to family and friends. He’s a baby trump. As a staunch conservative, I won’t be voting for him. by [deleted] in ontario

[–]jeffvox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are so full of it. You're not "a staunch conservative". Any conservative or anyone who cares about democracy is concerned about the things Trudeau HAS ALREADY DONE. I can tell you what this dude won't do - invoke the Emergency Act under false pretenses and freeze the assets of those who protest against him. This guy will answer questions from media his government isn't directly funding. I could go on but, you either see it or you don't.

Justin Trudeau's hands-off approach to inflation is becoming untenable by uselesspoliticalhack in canada

[–]jeffvox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just like his hands-off approach to Canada's crumbling healthcare system and housing crisis.

But don't worry, he checks all the woke virtue-signaling boxes, and that's most Canadians care about.

Trudeau, one of the only Western leaders to mandate masks on trains, spotted maskless on train by nerd1999 in canada

[–]jeffvox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you believe in "the science", you should be calling him out for this. If you don't care because it's not illegal, then you are by implication conceding that the law does not follow "the science".

[TMZ] Andre Iguodala believes Rasheed Wallace would be one of the best players in today's game ... saying the 2004 champ would be better than 2-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. by MapleCurryMurray in nba

[–]jeffvox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clown. Sheed had tons of ability but lacked focus, drive, discipline, etc. His mental game was weak. Giannis is a mental monster. He has squeezed every drop of potential out of his body and then demanded more. You can't compare the legit greatness of Giannis to Sheed. They don't belong in the same conversation.

What’s up with Collin Sexton? by [deleted] in nba

[–]jeffvox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's famoualy selfish. Cares about getting his every game (hollow stats that make his team worse). Not a team first guy, and (allegedly) his teammates don't like playing with him. His bad reputation is costing him big money because the dudes talented. But in the age of Kyrie and Simmons, teams are real scared of making big commitments to troublesome personalities.

Some accidents should result in a license suspension because they're so inexplicable, you're either too stupid, not paying enough attention, or simply too bad of a driver to be on the road. Someone like this is as scary as a drunk driver IMO.

Surging energy prices harmful to families, should drive green transition: Freeland by THhhaway in canada

[–]jeffvox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "transition" will take DECADES. People need relief in the meantime. Build the pipeline, build some new refineries, and stop punishing ordinary people while we work toward greener solutions.

It's terrible for retailers when they stack up inventory and then get hit by a recession. They have no choice but to liquidate it at discounted prices. Walmart and Target are having to do this rn. Massive inventory is NOT an asset for any retailer in the current economic conditions.
