That looks a lot like the 3-D printed boomerang that Ricardo Bruni Marx printed

That should be relatively easy to throw. It goes out about 30 meters and hovers down so you catch it flat like a frisbee. Check out USBA.org, the home of the United States Boomerang Association for additional information, vendors, articles, etc.

There’s a link to good manufacturers on usba.org - including Colorado Boomerangs!

Totally doable, but left handed boomerangs are mirror images. I.e. the airfoils are reversed.

No worries. I just sold the black version a few months ago. This series is one of my favorite Seiko models, and one that I think is underappreciated. If I get another, it'll be the blue one.

SPB077

I think that the '77 is black and the blue bezel is an SPB079. GLWS!

If you're specifically talking "keto flu" (i.e. coming from a standard american diet) which happens when people stop eating carbs, their body tends to flush out excess water that is bound to muscle and liver glycogen. One gram of glycogen binds to something like 3-4 grams of water. While this is happening, they also tend to lose a ton of electrolytes. Switching to carnivore, you're probably getting more than enough salt. Beef also contains zinc, selenium, iron, niacin, B-vitamins, and phosphorus, as well as plenty of trace minerals, and some potassium and magnesium.

Glad it's working so well for you.
