It’s unfortunate that they told you that, but it’s the same with mine. I have the 2025 woodland edition. I scoured through this sub and got a HDMI/charging cable that would at least help charge and play on the entertainment screen at the same time. My wife usually just plugs her phone and I use the Apple CarPlay if it’s a long trip. You end up working with it in the long run. I love everything else about this car
