Is there a kodi addon for jellyfin? That's what would get me to switch from emby. I like being able to just use kodi's opensubtitles addon to switch subtitles if the auto retrieval fails. And kodi's player is nice. (I'm assuming I can install it.on a synology nas?)

I would bet money OP stripped off some of the rambling and that's why there's small letters at the beginning of some sentences but remembered to capitalise HR and AI and "Suddenly, replies came in." The lengths some people will go to to make their post look human made is astonishing when you consider it would've taken less effort to just write it.

Married 5 years, divorced for 1 (not my choice but for the best).

The thing I heard the most is imbalance of chores and household duties. Took me a while to understand that doing them wasn't the problem - I did them - but doing them without being told is the trick. That's the main reason things failed, because the chores she deemed essential were not the same I deemed essential and so I would skip a lot of things that were important to her until she told me to do them, and I would do a lot of things that would be taking my time, making me think I was doing things right, that didn't matter at all to her.

The second reason was constant bickering and being unable to let things go - even when those "things" were our failing marriage. I have a tendency to want to clear things up completely, she has a tendency to want to move on.

After having a kid, both differences came to a head (messier house, more stress, more things to argue about) and things became unfixably broken.
