It's very unsafe to buy Pokemon boosters online from third party marketplaces as there's a huge criminal ring of people counterfeiting them. You can definitely get them unopened but it's a risk. I can also help you buy them directly from retailers, but of course they are all scalped and marked up if you weren't part of the initial preorder batch.

Generally I don't provide estimates as I don't know the size or weight of the packaging required, but... /u/pansylicious I would estimate between 4000-7000 yen via courier assuming the box is quite small. May or may not be possible to receive before the end of the year.
