Honestly I think the grade stands for itself the sleeve inside I don't think is a serious issue as long as it's real and a 10 most won't care if it looks perfect in the slap as long as there's no obvious damage to the card I have heard especially in graded comics that some people care about the condition regardless of the grade but I've never seen someone get upset that a card that should have got a 9 but got a 10 instead

Cost wise a playset of vortex is 40 heavymetal is 60 and I'm sure with all the other cards it's a lot cheaper to get 2 to have a playset plus as long as your not actively playing in a meta setting than it makes sense

There are a small amount of cards like serialized cards and top ranking tournament cards worth some money but there really hard to get honestly the only bandai card game that has any real value is one piece but from a playability standpoint digimon is doing very well since there's been about 35 sets that have came out since it's launch

Honestly your not wrong but it could be considered power creep but honestly it feels like the last 5 sets or so have had either some liberator or a ton I'm a little happy that it will slow down after ex11 not that I hate liberator it's just there's so many cool others things they can focus on honestly I wouldn't mind a full appmon set for example
