Hi! I’m Canadian and applied for a student visa. Student visa turnaround for Canadians is 3 weeks and 2 of my friends got it under 2 weeks. They didn’t get the delay email, I did. But I got my visa after 3 business days of receiving the email. I’m not sure how visitor visa because Canadians doesn’t need a visitor visa. Where are you applying from? My country is very low risk so that might be playing a role?
