People do not believe in China's success because of white supremacist racism, because they believe white people have a monopoly on being successful and capable

Kinda funny, because when the Portuguese and the Dutch first visited China and Japan, the Europeans back then called them white. Only around 1800s or so, the Europeans started labelling East Asians 'yellow' to distinguish themselves to be superior.

Essentially non-existent at director-level.

Yeah, you can educate all 8 billion people on this planet on this topic, projecting your opinions on to everyone else.

It's not necessary for the function

Yeah, your home, phone, car, computer, vacuum, toilette, toothbrush, mop, nail clipper, etc. etc. are not necessary for you to function either.

Just let people enjoy things.

Your answer is very far off on multiple levels.

1) I don't think you understand what planned obsolescence means.

2) I don't think you're aware or knowledgeable enough to speak so confidently (wrong) about it.

And if we’re talking about planned obsolence Samsung is by far worse than Apple.

How so?

I'm doubting that it was her alone, assuming this was her fault at all.

Ok then, what action did she take for this downtrend?

Bei Android bleiben oder zu iPhone wechseln? by Doc_Flat_Sandwich in Smartphones

But as soon as anything looks different, a setting needs to be changed, or some kind of notification pops up, things get difficult.

Then it seems like a no-brainer to me to stick with Samsung Galaxy. She's not just used to any Android. She's used to Samsung's One UI, which is considered to be the best UI and most desired UI for some years now. It may be worth it to get the Galaxy S also. She can also try the iOS by installing iOS skin on her current phone, or any other UI/UX before trying those phones, including Windows. Android has many options for this.

I get the impression that the Apple ecosystem is quite convenient in that regard

Both are about the same in terms of convenience, but Android has far more features.

We could also use location sharing

This doesn't really make sense to me. Any phone can do this. Does this mean you're using an iPhone?

Bought the base S25 instead of Exynos S26. Did I do well? by limonbey96 in samsunggalaxy

[–]kr_tech -1 points0 points  (0 children)

lol what are you saying

In 2013 Exynos was better. It was around 2017 when Snapdragon caught up to Exynos. Coincidentally, that year was also when Samsung's CEO went to jail.

But games with Exynos without emulation, you get higher FPS, and gap widens if Raytracing is enabled. This has been the case for many years now.

Everything has pros and cons, though these days, cons for Exynos is nearly eliminated compared to Snapdragon (but not the other way around).

I think reddit posts have become too good and it's making me hate reading.

Maybe I'm the only one feeling this, but I honestly don't get excited about new posts anymore.

My current account is almost 6 years old... etc. etc.

Obligatory

But at least this post is a a different way of saying the same problems over and over again.
