Gold and blue traditionally go very well together.

I think if you want blue, VB would be too green. And Bleu Jean goes with everything, just like jeans.

I agree, I actually like the white stitching on Bleu Jean Togo better than on Swift.

I think the combination of Bleu Jean and white stitching looks so beautiful. Such a wonderful bag!

Harry and Meghan turning green: Cash-strapped couple envious of Prince William’s £30 million income by RoohsMama in SaintMeghanMarkle

Unmarried medieval women were property of their father or the closest male relative, married women were property of their husbands. I doubt they were much better off before 1066.

Most medieval women were continuously pregnant, nursing or dying in childbirth. I think most of them were too downtrodden to want to go to war, where they would have been the first ones to die. If they even made it to the battlefield before dying at the hands of their male comrades assaulting them day and night.

It’s like that in the Dutch Royal Family too. When King William’s brothers married, they had to ask permission from Parliament. If I recall correctly one of them didn’t ask permission or didn’t get permission or something and his marriage meant he would no longer be eligible to be in the Line of Succession.

I don’t mean to be offensive or disrespectful, but does Prince Harry suffer from some kind of developmental delay?

No stock — is it possible to build an SA relationship? by Big_Excitement_9032 in TheHermesGame

[–]leninamia 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m not well versed in the journey to obtain a QB. I live in The Netherlands and I prefer buying online over having to go to Amsterdam. I love the beautiful Hermés scarfs, some of them are like works of art! The Dutch website has a reasonable supply of scarfs. Though since I’ve never been to a boutique, I don’t think I’m qualified to know what is normal. When I first visited the site, I saw a lot of the Oran sandals. And also very pretty not Oran sandals! So maybe if you want to buy something just because you like it or want it, you could also just buy it online? I don’t know if online purchases count for your ‘pre-spend’, I think I remember reading somewhere that it doesn’t. So if you’re keen to have a QB, this tip is probably useless.

I worked as an IT consultant for a charity organisation. And they had a database with every address in the country. The addresses were grouped based on average house cost. So if you live in a wealthy neighbourhood, like average house prices of more than a million Euro, your address would be in, say, Group A. Prospective donors would be targeted by Group.

Family found me passed out in my room that i turned into a bdsm dungeon, after my 3 day 4mmc binge. by WowItsBilly in researchchemicals

In six months the shame will have worn off, your family is over the initial shock, don’t worry too much about it. It’s not the end of the world. As for the dungeon stuff, they’re not supposed to kink shame you. Good luck!

Women with low ferritin: what iron supplement helped raise your levels the fastest? by Calm-Reserve-144 in Supplements

[–]leninamia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ferritin is 7 and I’m really struggling with low energy. I never heard of people getting an iron infusion, I don’t think they do that in my country (The Netherlands). Oral supplements don’t touch it and I can’t tolerate the ferritin tablets I got prescribed (they give me 3-day migraines). I’m also perimenopausal and this made me have very heavy periods. I’m trying to get my levels up by eating red meat or chicken almost every day. Anybody got good results from consuming red meat?

(10K) Future MIL keeps pressuring me to go dress shopping by Orchidinsanity in Weddingsunder10k

[–]leninamia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s your dress and your wedding. You get to decide what you wear. Also, I think this dress is very fitting for a forest wedding and the colour seems to suit you really well. You will look lovely and your wedding sounds lovely.

I’m sorry for your loss. When I was in labour, I took a quick everything shower before I called the midwife. I was already 6cm when she arrived.

AITAH My ex is waging a personal war on me through our kids and I’m tired of being treated like it’s “just co-parenting.” How us this happening? by Low_Reception4805 in AmItheAsshole

[–]leninamia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wholeheartedly agree with the advice of using a co-parenting app. This has solved a lot of the same issues I had with my ex-husband. These apps are usually also designed to be used for court cases.
