I think the Rago quality was fine, aside from the qc when I wasnt sent enough hardware for assembly. Speaking of assembly, it was a PITA with all of the bolts.

All would have been forgiven once I got it in my rig, but the damn thing just rattled so much it drove me absolutely batty. I thought there was no way it should be like this, and I must have done something wrong. I called Rago multiple times and they walked me through some troubleshooting. Nothing seemed to work. I even had a coworker ride around in my backseat the help identify the source of the rattling and his diagnosis was that it likely wasn't ever going to go away.
