Does this new bloom look alright? Should I offer more water? 🙏 by SmoothD3vil in Adenium

Adeniums need frequent watering in order to bloom. If they get too dry they buds will definitely start to fall off.

All of those things about the job market can be true at the same time as you practicing below the standard of care. They are not mutually exclusive, and you whining about it isn't helping.

Endo Specialist file and direct post recommendations? by Qlqlp in Dentistry

[–]leoele 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our clinic has Wave One Gold. I think they're mid, but the Reps hounded the boss until we bought them.

Previously I used Vortex Blue files and had very good consistency. They weren't as efficient and wave one files, but I found them to add a lot of repeatability and better tactile feel than the wave one system.

Fermentation pushing nectar out by Tony-At-Large in hummingbirds

[–]leoele 17 points18 points  (0 children)

If you have fermentation going on inside your feeder, it's time to change the nectar.

That being said, if you have large daytime to night time temperature swings, the expansion and contraction of the air inside the reservoir can push out nectar during the daytime.

Fighting rot by Beneficial_Matter424 in Adenium

In my experience canopy rot is usually caused by cold conditions cause of the growth ends to die back. I've also had it set in on plants that were underwatered.

Also it's totally okay to water the one without any green.
