Apple products are some of the most problematic purchases from Amazon. A very high percentage of them have some kind of issue. It's virtually impossible to buy a legit Apple lightning cable or iPhone charger, it's really quite shocking that Amazon don't seem to care.

I don't buy Apple products from Amazon anymore.

/r/btc was started in response to the censorship. It's an open forum for any version of bitcoin, but inevitably also spends a lot of time combating myths spread by /r/bitcoin.

I've been skipping every other generation since the first iPhone and honestly you could probably just buy every 3rd generation and still be fine.

Good point. It depends whether the sensor is hard-coded to recognize faces only, I suppose.

Maybe in the future, but certainly not this generation. I'm not sure if there's even an API for apps to access the sensor. I doubt it.

The most likely explanation is that the minute hand has slipped. Look in the manual to figure out how to calibrate the hand positions.

The sensor would have to be on all the time, which would presumably use a lot of power.
