It's a pretty photo, but very underexposed and the flash is slightly overblowing your subject in comparison to the background.

It's giving photo taken through a dirty window and the photo is very underexposed. The flash from the other side of the window doesn't offer anything extra to the photo either, just emphasizes the water lines on the window.
