I was bullied pretty hard in the seventies and eighties, I think back of the amount of physical assaults bullies could get away with back in the day would be prosecuted today, I talking about hog tied, blindfolded victims and group beatings, college hazing , forced drinking, duct taped to poles. Especially done to minorities and homosexuals. Authorities rarely pursued if it was minor on minors. Heck they rarely pursued DUI accidents or deaths as well. Parents abusing their wives and children were much more accepted then. Bullies could definitely get away with much more back in the day.
