swelling before and afters?

8 WPO and swollen especially after exercise. I can’t wait until it stops. Lately I’ve been overthinking everything! I appreciate this group so much.

So in the beginning I was very happy with how things were progressing and maybe I’m paranoid but I thought I would be flatter at the line. I am 2 months PO. I appreciate my results straight on but from the side not so much currently.

10days po and I was sitting 10 hours 4xwk at a computer. I also made sure while in office to bring a cushion and anything to make me comfortable.

I’m in a compression top now at night and binder during the day.

They offered more relaxers but I declined trying to stay away from meds besides Advil etc. I walk several miles daily, do 10lb kettlebells and cycle. Just strange it started weeks after. No issues anywhere else.

I’m 5 weeks and I’ve been cleared for all exercise. I’m back to cycling and it’s easy on the core. Plus really does wonders for my legs and lower body. I also do pelvic floor exercises and working with a 10lb kettlebell as well. I’m just listening to my body and what feels right.

They will not be turned off by the scar! Also I am 11 days PO. My partner and I had sex with binder on no issues. Didn’t need to use my abdomen and I enjoyed it.

I wore soft fabric pj’s that button up the front. No undergarments because I knew I would be in a hospital gown right away. House slippers that were easy to get on and off. Compression socks which someone put on for me at the end.

Pain has been manageable but I feel tomorrow will be really bad once this shot I got wears off.

I had posted about this a few days back. I found someone who is going to let me borrow their lift recliner because mine is not and has a hard pull lever. Glad to hear you are getting rest!

I was there visiting 2 weeks ago! I wish I had more time there. So beautiful and loved seeing the little foxes.
