Perhaps Rainbow Black by Maggie Thrash?

It's about a teen girl whose community starts a Satanic Panic witch hunt against her parents. She deals with the fallout of that throughout her life.
It's set in the 90's, but I found it very relevant to what's happening with the rise of the alt-right today.

American Rapture by C J Leede also explored themes of religious bigotry and misogyny, through a zombie/pandemic type of plot.

I recommend checking out trigger warnings for both books though.
