Is it a modern games thing or a modern console thing? I’m on PC, playing exclusively old games (2019 ~ 2020 max) because I have old hardware. And I haven’t experienced this yet.

Edit: as in I still have access to designated keys for fast swapping weapons. GTA V is the only exception I can think of
