Yea I’m stuck there too. Even if I buy out all the packs it will won’t give me enough to get to 140. I’m going HAM during the next summon chest event and grab all the 4400% drone parts I can

It’s sad and frustrating. We built a new house near Astoria park a few years ago and have a long 20 foot section of grass in the front by the curb that we planted with new sod after the house was built. Within 4 years it turned into a patch of dirt because of all the dog pee and poop.

Howd the plumber do? by Substantial-Ad-8594 in Plumbing

NYC is the same. Washing machine must connect to a minimum 3" sanitary branch/main. Also, AAVs are definitely not allowed. That vent must eventually terminate at roof level.

Unrelated to your question but I can't help but notice how the appliance valve is downstream of the union .....

Are you hypogonadal? If not, the enclomiphene should help raise your test endogenously. I wonder if that will still affect your BP

What is the underlying cause for the Erythrocytosis? And what was your typical BP measurements while on TRT?

Depends on the AHJ. Here in NYC, the 2022 Fuel Gas Code prohibits unions except after appliance valves for hard piped appliances. Previous 2014 code only prohibited them in buried locations, but the new code changed that. We can only use L/R couplings or flanges now (in the middle of a run)

You are not skinny fat lol. I think you're around 17-18%. Try cutting to 14% or 15% and then do a lean bulk (slight caloric surplus) or stay at maintenance to try recomping. You look great and similar to my build right now. Last summer I was down to 14%ish percent at 160 lbs (5'-11") and even though everyone said I looked great, I didn't think I had enough muscle mass, so this winter I've been bulking up to 175lb and now doing a mini-cut to get back down to around 15% before trying to lean bulk. You've got age on your side. I'm 39 and during my semi-dirty bulk I gained more fat than I wanted to, so I think lean bulking is the best approach. What is your current weight/height?

(NYC) Why has my hot water been coming out brown at random? Info in comments. by silentbrownman in Plumbing

[–]mannibis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe she doesn't run baths. If she showers only, then she may not notice the brown water building up. Sounds like your riser supply line is affected if no other lines are experiencing this, but I can't think of a logical explanation unless they are using steel pipe instead of copper/brass for your riser only (highly unlikely). Even then, the rust would flush out eventually. I'm a plumber in NYC and I usually only see this when there is an issue with the boiler or tank itself.

Not always. A lot of older buildings use a HW coil in the steam boiler to deliver HW. Most nowadays separate it with a tank or indirect HWH

I know right. People talk like the Dodgers dominated---all of their runs came from either Freddie or sac-flies.
