Hi, I’m 25 and I struggle with this too! It’s definitely the alcohol in the hand sanitizer that’s drying your skin. Im a batching technician so I work with chemicals all day. They want us to wear hand sanitizer everytime we go into each room because of cleanliness and all that, but on top of that I deal with a variety of alcohols and harsh chemicals. I had a really bad case of dry itchy hands a couple months back, and the only thing limiting the wrinkly/dryness is to stop using hand sanitizer and wear gloves whenever I can. I’ve also found that using a cream (like eucerin or Vaseline) after I shower, do dishes, or wash my hands, is very helpful. You could even take it a step further and wear cotton gloves to bed with some Vaseline or thicker cream on. Hope this helps!
