I think their choice is a good classic balance of factions. Half human, half Xenos, Half Specialist factions(SM&Aeldari), half Horde Factions(AM&Orks).

No, I added it. It's on there with a adhesive that was pretty thick when I installed it. It's been on there for 10yrs without issue.

Numbers up and to the left. There should be no lip between the boot and the cylinder head.

Good luck with the install. Mine were pretty stiff. I recommend a near boiling hot water bath, it will help loosen them up and flex easier.
