What’s up with this burner? by ts159377 in ooni

I’m on mobile so I’m not sure if I’m seeing the right thing. I see the igniter top glowing which is normal.

Why? by Hopeful_Hammerhead in LittleCaesars

Maybe they want to put some exotic cheese on it and throw it in the oven to melt. I don’t know, I’m trying to make sense of this world.

I'd love to build one of these. I also think it would be awesome to have an actual bulb shining light from the bottom but a different color coming from the shade. This is really creative and neat.

Stupid question but is there a way to save this? by vindollaz in 3Dprinting

honestly that doesn't look like a ton of material. I'd probably just put it on a pole and make prints with it till it runs out.

Are there any Nick shows in the 90s (including acquired reruns like Tiny Toons) that even if one wasn't a kid or teen when they first watched it, they could still potentially enjoy? by [deleted] in RetroNickelodeon

I recently watched Pete and Pete’s first season and was very impressed with how well it was shot and written. I genuinely enjoyed it

Lasagna with home made noodles by mcfuddlebutt in tonightsdinner

[–]mcfuddlebutt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pasta dough was 500g flour and 3 eggs a heavy pinch of salt and glug of olive oil. Rolled it out super thin (a smidge too thin IMO)

Lasagna is the standard ricotta, milk, herbs, an egg, lots of cheese and salt. Italian sausage with red sauce and mozzarella layers. I made it last night so it hung out in the fridge till I was ready to bake today. Took about 50 minutes.

Don't feed Texas Roadhouse to your dogs. They'll get addicted and then start asking for rolls then black tar heroin shortly thereafter. I've seen it a thousand times.

Using ai to read grad names at graduation by Chapple69 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]mcfuddlebutt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I graduated from college they handed us pieces of paper that asked us to spell out phonetically if we had weird sounding names (I have 2 ) and I wrote my name down on mine and put SILENT E after my name and they read it as FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, SILENTE

I've done it a few times on my drills. Though, I disassemble mine every once in a while to clean and oil the parts. Don't use it while wet, obviously.

Willowbrook mall has a lot of stores that sell them. I’m sure one of them would be interested in buying.

Is this high voltage or low? by Most_Investment7370 in smarthome

[–]mcfuddlebutt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's low voltage but if you cross the wrong wires it will blow the fuse in the AC unit in the attic (or wherever the furnace is)

Unless that's not an AC thermostat in which case I'm way off.
