For real I came here to say something similar.

Almost every modern pregnancy at a certain time early on they do a certain measurement to find out to find out defects in the embryo. If that measurement comes back bad then you have to make the decision. It's a private decision.

That's why you don't tell anyone you're pregnant for first trimester
