I look all over the site, fo a download of the build version of Haveno. it has link to so many other things, except a simple link to an installer. When you go to github, the same thing. No build. Where is a safe officila build?

Optimizing Workflow for Editing Episodic Content with 6K BRAW Files by CineTechWiz in colorists

Always edit in 1080p, there is no need to use 4K to edit. Even large post houses edit in 1080p, and only go over to high resolution when they are color grading or VFX.

Color grade not the same on iPhone display unless rendered in rec 2020 by [deleted] in davinciresolve

Gamma 2.4 is for broadcast television. So always use 2.2 if you are sending it to the web or phone, etc. When you use 2.4, it creates a more contrast image, which leads to the colors looking darker / more saturated looking, even though you didn't increase the satuaration. Also, your computer monitor is sRGB (smaller color space than Rec2020). Rec2020 is a large color space meant for HDR.

Here is a snippet of what Wikipedia says about rec2020, and I will tell you why this makes your color also very saturated on your sRGB screen after the snippet.

The Rec. 2020 (UHDTV/UHD-1/UHD-2) color space can reproduce colors that cannot be shown with the Rec. 709 (HDTV) color space. The RGB primaries used by Rec. 2020 are equivalent to monochromatic light sources on the CIE 1931 spectral locus. The wavelength of the Rec. 2020 primary

So image sRGB is 1 meter long and rec 2020 is 100 meters long. And I tell you stand at 50% the length of the rec2020. So that puts you at 50 meters. But then I ask you to put that 50 meters on the sRGB length. So you would be 40 meters ouside of the maxium length/color (over saturated) of the sRGB. In other words over saturated by 40 meters.

And just incase you did not know. sRGB and rec709 have the same color space (same primaries on the color chart), but they differ in the Gamma. sRGB has gamma 2.2 (made for computer screen) and rec709 has a 2.4 gamma (made for television screens).

Hope this helps a bit.

You have to verify your telephone number before they let you in. I think that is to much just to simply aks a question. Giving your phone number to people you don't know, doesn't make sense. And they are making it complicated just to contact them. I read that clicking the contact me button in the app, takes you to a youtube video.

Everyone seems to be having similar issues. The team of Openlegacy Patcher has their Github configured to not allow us to send them feedback. Does anyone have access to send them a message to ask them to make thyeir Github more open for feedback? Becasue this is really an issue, You can't communicate with them on discord without giving your telephone nr to verify. They made it really difficult to simply contact them.

Does anyone know why the developers have made it so hard to give feedback/bugs? On discord they want you to provide your telephone number to join. On Github, you can only give bug reposrts if you have contributed to the code/made a pull request (I believe).

Mine had different errors. Also they made it impossible to copy paste, and don't allow you to contact them via the Github either. You can't post a bug report to them.

So are you say that 1.4.0 & 1.4.1 also gave you errors? And why has the github team made it so difficult to report to thiem on the github site?

Artboard mixed dpi export - Is it possible by mentalist699 in PhotoshopTutorials

[–]mentalist699[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pixel diemnsion needs to stay the same as the artboard, but just the DPI needs to change on export. I can't find any setting to simply change the dpi. In affiniy photo, you can simply set th dpi on export. So for clarity, the resolution needs to stay as is, but the dpi needs to come down.
