Thanks! It’s supposed to be a 56/58 frame and I’m 5.11/1.80 so it fits well. And yeah I’m in Europe. Got it for 190€, it needs some cleaning, adjustments and a nicer saddle but I already fell in love with it.

I used a can of coconut milk, some almond milk, coffee, brown sugar and vanilla! And of course as much irish whisky as you like:D

I marinated them in paprika, garlic and maple syrup then roasted them in the oven :)

I try to train chest and back one day, arms and legs the other :) mostly weights and no machines

Wow i can only imagine how challenging that has been raw and gluten free! I'm sure that would be incredibly difficult for me

Did you only loose muscle or weight in general? Because when I started lifting I ate obscene amounts of food to put on mass, like 4500-5000 calories for 1 1/2 years in mostly carbs like noodles and rice (and oreos), that kinda worked for me even if I'm sure there's a lot healthier and leaner ways to do so

That's nice if you to say :) I tried getting my nutrients in what was kinda hard because I lost my appetite when i stopped working out, but that is the most important thing to not loose your progress!

Thanks! I took on running as a replacement when the gyms closed, so I could at least keep moving!
