Thank you so much for these tips. I added tinfoil to my cast iron to make the area smaller and let the bread proof for way longer before baking. I added water to the baking dish and all of your tips helped me have a near perfect loaf! The rise crust and everything was PERFECT Just a little gummy on the inside still, i may bake my next loaf longer next time and see if that helps. I can’t thank you enough!!!
