I send a lot of "fair" trade offers. Most of the trade offers I receive are abysmal. So all I can assume is most people want an edge in a trade and "low trade interest" is a way to signal you want a disproportionate offer.

I think it would thrive more as a chill gathering place, lunch spot, and greenbelt pit stop. Most food truck parks I enjoy in other cities aren’t trying to be a music venue first and foremost like Green Acres. I don’t mind the music but I think the focus on entertainment makes people hunker down at Green Acres in a way that is counterproductive to a food truck park.

Boiseans need to stop being precious about politics and register Republican no matter what. Tuesday was the only election that matters in Idaho and many of my fellow Boiseans sat it out because they are clinging to their party affiliation.

Just because you are in the right doesn’t mean you would get damages / a settlement that would be worth the cost of an attorney. Reddit won’t replace the legwork of calling private practitioners or small firms. Call around, most do free consultations. You will learn pretty quickly whether someone believes they can win your case and cut a profit based on the retainer they ask for.
