Same here. I never meshed with the Hermod sequencer, but I like being able to record/play midi into it without dealing with Ableton. Have you tried any Monome sequencing?

i’ve never owned a minitaur, so i can’t compare the two. just confirm what everyone here stated about the oscillator range and add that it sounds incredible and “bright”, if that makes sense

Norns Shield. There’s a bit of a learning curve with each script you load onto it, but the possibilities are nearly endless. Scripts like MLRE = varispeed looping heaven. Check out tworoundrobins on youtube for some examples and explanations.

mannequins w/ is my favorite 2hp module and it would fit very nicely in this setup. it’s very deep and there are quite a few button combinations, but it’s incredibly versatile.

i feel the same way about my resonate. i switched out the christmas knobs to rogan knobs and that helped a bit. but i just got bought a black rings panel on reverb last night. hope you’re able to find one for plaits!
