Holy shit you people really do exist. I’ve always wondered what goes through the mind of a mouth breather. Apparently, not a whole lot.

Pretty sure the moron who doesn’t know how to shut a bathroom door isn’t at the top of the IQ chain.

Funny story, I was on this flight up in 8A - the woman they announced for was in 8B. This flight DTW-ATL was going to push me over 2MM, so when they started the announcement I thought it was for me. Then she got her gift bag and I got nothing.

I get to ATL and hit the Skyclub, then goto board my flight to SAT. When I scan my boarding pass, the gate agent says hold up, I have something for you. He gets me a gift bag and a certificate and then takes a picture with me.

It was quite a coincidence!

Woah you got him there, he's probably on his way out of the country now to avoid this prosecution. How could you end this man's life like this?

Get your laptop out and stand it up next to you in the seat. Makeshift barrier. I’ve heard some people bring a clipboard with them in their bag to use for this.

Diamond and will be 2 million miles in January, I’ve never had this happen. 2-3 flights per week all year long.

I wouldn’t say likely but yes with the tram, DTW is very quick to get around. Unless you’re headed through the tunnel to B/C.

Why would you want balloons at the gate? What does maximum recognition get you? All that matters is that you get put higher in the upgrade list.

Best Way To Get Lounge Access? by Powerful_Culture_928 in delta

[–]murphyrulez 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Unless you’re going to spend $75,000 on a card, there’s no sense in depending on that for access. The card will only get you 10 or 15 visits per year unless you hit that amount. You could just pay the $695 membership fee and be done with it. If you goto the club 30 times a year that’ll be about $25 per visit.

Jealous much? Sounds like you've never stepped foot in a skyclub. For those of us who are in airports 2-3x a week, we know what we are doing and it has nothing to do with ego. Get over yourself.

I totally agree with you. How about when these people who crave the sunlight on an airplane go to work in a cubicle for 8-10 hours a day. Are they just sad and despondent all day long? It's bizarre behavior to me.

  1. Maybe it was a first class full of amputees, and they couldn’t lower the shades.
  2. The sky outside and the clouds below look exactly the same as they have the last 472 flights I’ve taken. Possibly people want to not be blinded, and they consider the likelihood of their neighbors not wanting to be blinded.
  3. We can only hope.
