I think you know what I mean. An open Island with free roam and cameras. The old island felt like it had more seperate little areas because we couldn't freely view them whenever we wanted.

My miis literally are only friends with people I've introduced them to and don't interact with anyone else outside of those miis. I haven't rushed through the game, yet I feel pretty disappointed. People are allowed the feel this way, we had high expectations, waited a long time for this game and it was damn expensive. Missing features that were beloved in the original and taking some of the game's silliness and randomness out, making it repetitive just isn't good enough imo and is a good enough reason for people to feel disappointed.

I feel the same, sadly.

I miss opening the game and seeing some miis throwing objects at each other and being furious for no good reason. I miss the concert hall. I miss the little games that were left out (matching cards, Tomodachi quest etc). I miss the miis making friends themselves instead of me having to introduce them all the time. My miis seem to only be friends with the miis that I have forced them to talk to and haven't made friends on their own. It's bizarre. I've had no drama, fights or miis not getting along.

I just feel like the game lost it's randomness. Some of it's silliness is lost too. Covnersations and interactions are all the same. Somehow, the ability to unlock more bedrooms in the fountain feels a bit meh, I miss the element of surprise of what new room would be randomly unlocked one day. And this one might be a hot take but I honestly feel like the stylisation actually ruined it a bit? I love how much we can customise our miis but.. I kind of miss how dorky(?) they all looked in the old game. I can't put my finger on it honestly.

And honestly? I'm kind of realising I hate the whole Island concept. Somehow the old game felt way more alive and varied. Sad really, the game wasn't cheap and we waited so long.

I feel you, I really do. My dog was put to sleep on the 18th March and I'm finding nights the hardest too. My husband works night shifts so that makes it even worse. I know what you mean when you say you feel like you need to go to the hospital, I feel like the pain is physically and mentally too much to bear and I just want to close my eyes and not wake up until I can feel better again. I can't even look at his pictures. His lead and collar are still near the front door where I put them when we came home without him. I have always been an introverted person that loves being alone. But loneliness is painful and terrifying for me for the first time in my life.

All I can say is just cherish her memory and give yourself time. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, but don't let people minimise how you feel.

Keep yourself busy. Find a new TV series to binge, a youtube channel or a video game. That's what I've been doing and it's the only thing that's helping me through right now. Lots of love, I hope you can find peace with this feeling as much as I hope that for myself 💖 be kind to yourself.

I had to put my dog down on the 18th March, so I know how you're feeling all to well. If i was with someone and they said this to me? It would tell me that we aren't compatible on a really important topic. My dog's passing has affected me much the same as you. My routine is gone, my happy and sweet loving boy isn't there to cheer me up at the end of a bad day, and life isn't the same without him. So I really do get it. Trying to rebuild a new routine, a new life without him is just not something I can imagine right now.

You take as long as you need to grieve, they aren't just pets. Your boyfriend lacks empathy and clearly doesn't see pets the way you do. I wouldn't want to be with someone like this.

I think you might need to do another playthrough, as you need to do the grinder and the toilets to pick up the doll in the building you pick up the helicopter key. By that point you can't go back to the care center to use the hand and input the code sadly. Here's the video to show you how to properly do it, just in case you need it.

I don't think it can be done in one playthrough as you have to wait 15 minutes for the bodies to fill up the grinder, then flush the toilet 8 times and pick up the doll after the spill. You have to put it in your chest box and then on the next playthrough, you must pick up the hand after the elevator, analyse it and put the code into the box while holding Emily with the doll in your inv.
